We believe that you don’t need any prior experience to start working with us. Through our fantastic training at the MEP Academy, our own in-house training center, you will learn all the tricks of the trade, making you feel comfortable enough to get started anywhere.

What types of roles and shifts are available?
We offer a wide range of hospitality and events roles, including bartenders, waiters/waitresses, hosts/hostesses, kitchen support, and more. Shift opportunities vary across events, venues and hospitality settings, offering flexible work to suit different experience levels and schedules.
Do I need previous experience to join MEP?
No previous experience is required to join MEP. We welcome individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Through our onboarding and MEP Academy, we provide the support and guidance needed to help you succeed in hospitality.
Can I choose my own hours and availability?
Yes. flexibility is at the heart of what we offer. You can choose shifts that best suit your lifestyle and availability, making MEP ideal for students, professionals or anyone seeking flexible work. To remain active within our staffing network, we encourage team members to work at least one shift per week, subject to availability.
